Processing time

Every set is painted by hand after you order. Processing takes 5–10 business days — I will let you know when it ships. Need it for a specific date (wedding, trip)? Message me before ordering and we will work it out.

Delivery

• InPost parcel locker (Poland) — PLN 14, usually 1–2 business days in transit
• Free shipping over PLN 120
• You pick your locker at checkout; shipping outside Poland — message me first

Returns & complaints

Sets made to your individual measurements are custom-made goods and are exempt from the EU 14-day distance-selling withdrawal right (Art. 16(c) of the Consumer Rights Directive).

That is a formality, not an excuse: if your set is faulty or the sizes differ from what you ordered, message me within 14 days — I will fix it, repaint it or refund you. I want these nails to fit perfectly.

The sizing kit (not custom-made) can be returned within 14 days, no questions asked.
