Terms of service

1. Seller

The Poppin' Press online shop is operated by [NAME / BUSINESS NAME], [ADDRESS], Poland. Contact: info@poppinpress.com, Instagram @poppinpress_official.

2. Products and orders

All press-on nail sets are hand-made to order, according to the measurements provided by the customer. Processing time: 5–10 business days from receiving a complete set of measurements. Prices are gross prices in Polish złoty (PLN).

3. Payments and delivery

Payments are processed by Stripe (BLIK, Przelewy24, cards). Delivery: InPost parcel lockers in Poland.

4. Withdrawal

Sets made to individual measurements are custom-made goods within the meaning of Art. 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU and are exempt from the 14-day withdrawal right. Non-personalised products (e.g. the sizing kit) may be returned within 14 days.

5. Complaints

Complaints can be sent to info@poppinpress.com and will be handled within 14 days, as required by consumer law.
